1 Timothy-2

(New King James Version)

切换到福音影视网-新版圣经

  • 1 Pray for All Men Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men,
  • 2 Ezra 6:10 for kings and (Rom. 13:1) all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.
  • 3 For this is Rom. 12:2 good and acceptable in the sight 2 Tim. 1:9 of God our Savior,
  • 4 Ezek. 18:23, 32; John 3:17;1 Tim. 4:10; Titus 2:11;2 Pet. 3:9 who desires all men to be saved (John 17:3) and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
  • 5 1 Cor. 8:6; Gal. 3:20 For there is one God and (Heb. 9:15) one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
  • 6 Mark 10:45 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,
  • 7 Eph. 3:7, 8;1 Tim. 1:11;2 Tim. 1:11 for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle—I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying— (Gal. 1:15, 16) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
  • 8 Men and Women in the Church I desire therefore that the men pray Luke 23:34 everywhere, Ps. 134:2 lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;
  • 9 in like manner also, that the 1 Pet. 3:3 women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing,
  • 10 1 Pet. 3:4 but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.
  • 11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submission.
  • 12 And 1 Cor. 14:34; Titus 2:5 I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.
  • 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
  • 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
  • 15 Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.
